You’re Stronger Than You Think
& this is why...here is your weekly dose of mindfulness because you too deserve to live well
Hello friend!!
Is there something new you’d like to explore or dive into but haven’t yet because of insecurity or fear of not being good enough?
Do you feel like your life serves you or only others? Or are your circumstances or current situation holding you back from doing what you would really love to do?
In other words, are you self destructive?
If so, you’re not alone. So many of us experience these same situations, thoughts, or feelings that leave us in a state of inaction or paralysis. And these are typically viewed as tale signs that you need to balance or heal the solar plexus chakra within you.
This week, I’ll share some tips/techniques that may help you through that healing process so that you can finally fully tap into your power!
In this weeks email, you’re getting —
New Week Updates— upcoming events/workshops/classes happening this week!
New Blog Post— balancing the solar plexus to activate your POWER! (Blog post link)
Try this— a mindfulness challenge to take on this week to help with rediscovering who you are.
lets get into it—
Sound healing — Monday 3/8/2021: Heavenly Sound Healing Meditation w/ Daria Ann tonight at 6:30pm est. Join this 45 min healing practice that will connect you to a higher state of consciousness, shift lower energies such as guilt, fear, & shame to higher vibrations or love and joy within. The frequencies of the sound healing instruments work on the cellular level to help release any blocked/stuck emotions or energy in the body and balances the chakra system. Drop in class is $22 — sign up here.
Clubhouse — Every Tuesday I moderate a clubhouse room with two of my good friends/spiritual leaders where we touch on different topics on the healing and self growth process, perspective on how we heal, tools we use, and so much more. Be apart of the conversation & join us on Tuesdays. If you need an invite, send me a message and I’ll help you out.
Resilience Virtual Check In— Thursday 3/11/21: Our mental health check-in hour (where we ground, meditate, journal, and hold space) will be hosted by yours truly this week. I’m so excited to host and would love to have you there!!! If the virtual check ins were something you’ve been considering but have been shy or unsure, this is the week you can come forth as I’ll be the host and will do my best to help you feel safe, and at ease. Checkins are through ZOOM every Thursday at 8pm est. Hope you consider coming. And if it feels better too, you can join with your camera/mic off and just sit in & experience. The Solar Plexus Chakra — The Power Within
The Solar Plexus chakra is the third of the seven chakras. It is located in the abdominal region (above your navel and up to the breastbone). This chakra controls our metabolism and digestion. Another name for this chakra is the personal power chakra because it helps us tap into our powerful side, fills us with energy, and controls our self-esteem and sense of confidence. It’s what creates our personality/identity.
When the solar plexus chakra is out of balance, we may feel insecure. It can bring a lack of control or loss of identity. And essentially we can lose touch with the immense beauty and fire within us.

Rediscover who you are: Here are a few (5) ideas that can help you do that. Give them all a try or challenge yourself to atleast pick one to do this week—
Describe five traits you like in yourself as a child.
List five childhood accomplishments. How did they make you feel?
Habits: take a look at your habits. Do any of them interfere with your self nurturing abilities and cause you shame? Some of the oddest things are self destructive. Do you have a habit of watching tv you don’t like? Do you have a habit of hanging out with really boring friends to just “kill time?” Some habits are obvious (drinking too much, smoking, drugs, overeating), while others aren’t so obvious. List at-least three obvious habits. What’s the payoff in continuing on with them?
Make a list of friends/family/people who nurture you (give you a sense of your own competency and possibility). Which of their traits, particularly, serve you well?
List five people you admire: What traits do these people have that you can cultivate further in yourself?
& that’s all I got for this week. Like always, thank you so much for being here & for allowing both mindfulness and myself into your life.
until next week,
namaste.
