Let’s Get Into It:
News & Updates —
The Zen Space Community — A very important life lesson or takeaway that I’ve found to be true, as I see it through the lens of my life, is that one way to truly experience a more happier, purpose-driven life is by being apart of or having a strong sense of community by your side. Whether you’re a introvert or a extrovert, I believe (& research even shows) that we all have a deeper need to belong to some kind of community or tribe. And so that’s why I’ve created a “sacred” or safe space (Private Facebook Group) where we can come together as a collective to form community. And for us to have a place to come to where we can deepen our mindfulness and meditation practices, share perspectives on experiences that we go through, and support one another with any tips or newly learned insights we have.
I hope you find this to be a community you’d consider being apart of. I’d love to have you there link to join the group —

Also— This week I’m rolling out a NEW Facebook Live bi-weekly video series, titled ‘Zen Talks.’
My intent with this newsletter, my website, the Facebook groups, and now this Facebook live series, is to share different perspectives, insights, & tips on what helps me to live a more peaceful, centered & happier life to hopefully help you too. There is much suffering in the world, and much of what we’re suffering from is due to unnecessary self inflicted pain. And that’s not how it has to be. We CAN rise from and overcome that way of being. We just need to learn how. I have some of the tools needed to help make that possible.
Throughout the Facebook live series, I’ll also be bringing on different special guest I know personally, who are doing big & beautiful things for themselves & for the community as well—to share with you—their stories & perspectives on how mindfulness supports their way of living.
The first LIVE will be this Friday (January 22, 2021 @4pm) with a SPECIAL GUEST who’s a Spiritual Money Mindset Coach and we will be talking about how to live in abundance (specifically when it comes to money). You don’t want to miss this. Be sure to tune in on Facebook—Friday January 22, 2021 at 4pm!
(Check your inbox Friday for a reminder)
Finally— Be sure to check out & explore the *NEW* Zen Space website to see the current collection of recorded guided meditations, latest & past blog articles, & any future events that are coming up.

Avoidance Theory —
Avoidance: A pretty common problem most of us experience. If you agree, you most likely have something on your list of things to do that you’re avoiding, probably right now even. In this blog post, I talk more about why we experience avoidance & how we can apply mindfulness to help us experience avoidance less often — [Read FULL blog here]
Let’s Meditate—

I aim to find calm & balance in my life through inspirations between alternative Eastern traditional Buddhism styles of meditation & mindfulness, as well as modern secular styles too.
