How to actually do nothing, and still get everything done.
Hi friend,
Do you ever just have the desire to do absolutely nothing?
And by nothing… I mean nothing…
No work. No planning. No projects. No taking care of others. No studying. No reading. No social media. No talking. No music. No distractions. Nothing.
If you have these moments, where you just don’t want to do anything at all, you’re not alone.
In fact, doing nothing is actually useful, necessary & healthy…and something we should all be trying to do more of….
In this weeks email, you’re getting —
Zen Journal — “How to do NOTHING & get everything done”
The Weekly — weekly card pull for collective healing
lets get into it…
I enjoy doing nothing. In fact, I love doing nothing so much that I intentionally create space in my schedule every week to do just that…nothing.
And while it may seem odd to create time away to do nothing, it’s actually quite beneficial and healthy to do nothing…
But you’re probably thinking…who has “time” to do nothing? And how?
*Collective Healing— Tarot Reading*
Every week, I pull a card for all of us from my Rider-Waite tarot deck with the intention of love & healing energy.
I shuffle the deck, close my eyes, and I ask the question to the universe— What message do we need to hear this week? What insightful message can we receive that can be used as a guide or support for us while on our paths of healing and living life 🙏🏽 & then when I can feel the message come through, I pull the card…And this week—
Divine Message For The Week:
Nine of Cups
The Nine of Cups says…
“Having a winning attitude is half the trick to winning in life. The other half is maintaining your emotional and physical health. You are in a prime position to succeed in all areas of life. You have a beautiful network of loved ones who support and admire you. You exude confidence and charisma. Be mindful to share yourself and your resources. Don’t stomach the flow of good luck by restricting your generosity.”
When contemplating the meaning of the Nine of Cups, ask yourself:
-Am I grateful for the blessing in my life?
-An I willing to share myself and my resources?
-How can I maintain contentment and satisfaction?
-Am I protecting my assets?
-Do I recognize the support available to me?
There are no accidents in tarot. The message has been sent through. What you do with the message is up to you 🙏🏽✨
Namaste.
