Hello my friend,
Can you believe in just one week, itโll be March already? Seven weeks into a new year, yet life is still giving so many of us the same crap we experienced last year. Still going through a pandemic, no signs of it slowing down, plus a whole array of different & unexpected things are continuing to happen. Weโre living through some strange, uncertain times, and lot of us arenโt navigating through it too well.
This new โnormalโ that weโre all having to experience can still just seem so unreal. Numbing almost...And even though a whole year has passed since the initial intro to COVID, still so many of us are struggling to cope with all these changes that are happening. All over, people are experiencing issues with their mental health, showing increased symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma which can lead to PTSD, and even suicide ideation. If we continue to live in such heightened fear based or anxious driven states, our overall health will suffer. This is dangerous.!!!
So what do we do? In this instance, we can meditate...

In this short episode, I share brief insight on what mindfulness is, without all the fluff. Mindfulness is often seen as something unobtainable or out of reach for some people and itโs one of the things that hold them back. Itโs that mindset or belief which needs to change because mindfulness is the very thing many of us need, in order to live a life with more peace, ease, and happiness.
I recorded this episode outside, while sitting in my car, so you may hear a few sounds of cars passing by in the backgroundโฆbut itโs very light. Overall I think youโll enjoy this episode. Let me know what you think!
