How are you, really?
You give so much of your time, attention, & energy to the world, are you also finding time & space for yourself too?
When is the last time you checked in with your mind? body? spirit?
What has your self care routine been looking like? Would you say you’re creating enough space for yourself to breathe? Meditate? Rest?
With everything you have going on, the idea of ‘self care’ or resting is probably the last thing on your mind though, right?
Yet creating space for you, where you can get away from all the noise is the one thing you NEED most of all. It is so important for your health & wellbeing that you take time & space to retreat, to go within, to allow your mind, body, and spirit the time it needs to recharge.
I get it though. Life is demanding. You have obligations. Work. Family. Friends. Deadlines. Appointments…How does one find time for self care?
You find time — the same way you find time for anything in your life— by creating time.
You’ve been giving yourself away to people, places, and things that don’t deserve so much of you & it’s not fair to you!
So from this moment forward, what if you chose you? What if you choose to protect YOUR inner peace above all else?
Remember your worth! You deserve rest. You deserve stillness. You deserve peace.
You don’t have to pour from an empty cup anymore. You can make sure your cup is full first before you go pouring into everyone else’s.

I shuffle the deck, close my eyes, and I ask the question to the universe— What message do we need to hear this week? What insightful message can we receive that can be used as a guide or support for us while on our paths of healing and living life 🙏🏽
