Welcome to Week 4!
This is now week 4 & in this session, I’m recapping (from earlier sessions) some of the tools we can use to effectively meditate on our own. And I also share some perspective on:
labeling (notice your tendency to label thoughts, feelings, sensations that arise)
how to shift perspective (using your tools)
mantras (beneficial ones & learn about unconscious mantras)
& we’ll go deeper into the body & practice a body awareness meditation together for deeper awareness, connection, and relaxation in the present moment.
