Welcome to Week 2!
In this weeks session, we learn about the practice/benefits of concentration, we talk about the monkey mind & how to work with it. And I introduce & guide us along an awareness meditation practice.
Before you watch the replay, be sure to grab a notebook & a pen so that you can take notes and so that you can have it for a brief journaling exercise at the end of the guided meditation.
