Forget What They Told You—Quit While You’re Ahead
Sometimes, quitting IS the right move | next live meditation 3/30 at 7pm est
Something we hear from people all the time —don’t quit, keep pushing, never give up.
But the reality is…
Sometimes quitting is the BEST thing you can do for yourself.
Walking away from something that’s no longer serving you— a relationship, a job, a situation—it doesn’t have to mean you failed or that you’ve lost. Instead it can mean you’ve outgrown it. It can mean you’re listening to yourself. And that’s not a loss. That my friend is self respect.
It’s so okay to say:
“This isn’t what I thought it was.”
“This just isn’t for me anymore.”
And it’s definitely okay to walk away.
Sometimes we need to. Not because we’re weak, but because we’re finally choosing ourselves. Because we’re finally making space for something better.
So if you’re in that space right now—give yourself some grace. You’re not stuck. Nothing is wrong w you for wanting to let go. You’re evolving. Be so proud of that.
And if you want to lean into this shift w some support, join me Sunday March 30th for my next live guided meditation:
“Come Clean: Releasing the Old, Welcoming the New”— I’m hosting this practice on insight timer at 7 PM EST.
As the seasons change, so do we.
This meditation ties in the energies of breathwork, visualization, & intention-setting to create a practice where we can release the heaviness of whatever we’ve been carrying so we can step into spring w clarity and renewed energy.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just ready for something new—this is for you.
Save my spot (see link)
Let’s clear out the old and step into what’s next. See you there.
P.S. If no one’s told you this lately—it’s okay to change your mind. It’s okay to outgrow things. And it’s okay to want more for yourself. You’re allowed to move on.
