Hello my friend!
We made it through the first 31 days of the year. Still living through strange times but thankfully we’re all still here, breathing, alive & well!
Blessed! Grateful!
And before we move further into the year…how’s everything going with you?
How is your energy holding up these days?
Have you been checking in to see where you’re at—Mentally/ Emotionally/ Spiritually?
If you haven’t been checking in, that’s okay. Because why not, simply check in with yourself now?
Truthfully, I haven’t been checking in with myself diligently every single week.
And that’s okay.
I atleast have the awareness & a choice that can allow me to check in now or when I remember.
And I know that I can show myself compassion & forgiveness as well…instead of judging or bringing myself down anytime I forget.
I’m human…
We’re human. And we’re vulnerable. And sometimes life has the potential to shake things up on us, which can then throw us off our paths.
If that resonates with you, then just remembering to show yourself grace because sometimes things are just out of our control.
And in anyway, like the mantra that I’ve been using lately goes— each day is a new opportunity to start fresh again. No matter what went wrong or didn’t happen or should of happened — this moment you’re in now opens up space for you to create something new.
So just incase you need it, this can be your invitation to take a look at the last 31 days to evaluate/reflect, and to really just check in with yourself here & now.
Drop in. How do you feel about where you are currently? How was the last month for you? What went well? What can be improved on? And what are your intentions for February? You may want to reflect on these further by writing your answers out on paper or maybe even recording your voice as your reflect aloud?
