Hi my friend,
Do you ever just feel stuck? Like you feel that you won’t ever be able to change things in your life and that there's no hope?
If so, keep reading....
As I mentioned last week, this month is all about healing/balancing our sacral chakras. Learning to create a healthy sacral chakra is essential, in order to achieve access to our higher frequency of energy or higher sense of self. Until we align our root chakra (first chakra), sacral chakra (second chakra), & solar chakra (third chakra —topic of next month), getting passed any hurdles/setbacks/feelings of stuckness will be nearly impossible.
For this week specifically, we’re learning about how to overcome that feeling of being stuck. When we feel stuck, we aren’t aligned to self. As I see it, it means something is off. And while it’s challenging to feel that way, it’s possible to get out of it.
We don’t even have to necessarily know much about the chakras system to heal either. What’s really important is awareness of self, so that you can readily identify when something is wrong. And you want to also recognize and become aware of the tools you can use, so that you can help yourself heal in those moments.
Again, I say I know it’s possible to get through it because I've gotten through this feeling of stuckness many times ... and here's what helps:

Let’s Get Into It —
Unstuck Yourself
Change isn’t easy. It takes effort & a great deal of energy. And I believe that can be a major reason as to why most ppl would rather just carry on with their life as they are, even if they know deep inside that their current situation is not the best.
But if you’re holding yourself back from your full potential, or if you’re feeling stuck & hopeless with where you are, this is a MAJOR SIGN from the universe telling you it’s time to make a change.
In this weeks blog post— we’ll look into some of the reasons behind this feeling and how to get unstuck and live a more fulfilling life. (Read the full blog—click here)

What’s happening this week—
TUESDAY 2/9 — Are you on clubhouse? If not, and if you have an iPhone, perhaps you may like to consider joining. If you haven’t heard of clubhouse — Clubhouse is a new type of social network (currently only for iPhone users) based on voice—where people around the world come together to talk, listen and learn from each other in real-time.
And on Tuesday (2/9) at 8pm est, my two good friends Sara & Illanna, and I are moderating a room to talk about spirituality/healing 101. This is our third round at moderating the room together on the topic and because the first two times went so well, we’re deciding to continue on with the show. We’d love to have you there!! If you’re interested, and would like an invite, reply to this message or send me over a DM on Facebook/Instagram and we can make that happen.
THURSDAY 2/11 — if you follow me on social, you may be familiar with Resilience — a mental health support community that I’m connected with. Every Thursday we hold virtual checkins (8pm est) to hold space for one another, meditate, journal, share and connect— all to help us feel less alone and to essentially enhance our capacity to heal through any pain or suffering we may be experiencing. I’d love to have you apart of the community. Consider joining us this Thursday 2/11 at 8pm est for our next check in on ZOOM. If you’re shy, that’s okay. Join us with your mic & camera off and just sit in. Just being there with your energy alone is enough to raise the vibrations of the collective. Click here for the link to join
TRY THIS—
Sometimes, out of nowhere, our moods just shift. We can be feeling okay today and then suddenly, tomorrow we’re not okay. Strange how that happens right?
Actually it’s not all that strange. When we experience a shift in our mood or feelings, it happens because something triggered it to shift. It could of been a thought you had, a conversation you were having, something you saw or read. But because you weren’t conscious of it, your mood shifted in what felt like out of nowhere. Does that make sense?
Basically, mindful awareness of self and of life is key to help us become more in tune of our emotions, thoughts, experiences. So when our emotions try to shift on us, we can make a choice to correct it.
A mindfulness technique I use that helps me become more in tune with myself is to Vecord myself daily. Vecord (a word I came up with), is when you voice record yourself/video record yourselfl to reflect on your day.
Like a form of journaling, vecording can help us to remember where we are whenever we need it. And so for instance, if we notice that we wake up one day and sense that we’re feeling off, we can listen to our vecording, to assess what may have went wrong so that we can correct it.
Try it out for yourself. Every night, consider vecording yourself. Reflect on your day. What went right? What went wrong? Let it out. It can be brief. But keep it for record keeping so you can tap into it when you need it. 🙏🏽
Until next week my friend,
Namaste.
