How To Reduce Your Suffering
Your Weekly Dose of Mindfulness w/ the first episode to my *NEW PODCAST* included...
Hello my friend,
It’s Monday, and you’re here reading this, which means you survived through the week, and get to experience yet another day. What a blessing that is! Def something to be happy about, would you agree? Interestingly, most ppl overlook how beautiful it is to wake up another day to experience the wonders life has to offer. Considerably, this oversight is one of the reasons for the most of the suffering experienced around the world. I’ll talk more about this but first…
In this email, you’re getting —
*New Podcast Alert* — Yup! I decided to start a podcast. Life has been teaching me a tremendous amount of lessons in guiding me along my spiritual and career life path and I’m sharing everything with you that’s helping me in hopes it can help you too. Here’s the first (pre) episode! Raw & unedited! (See episode below)✨❤️
Podcast/Books You Made Enjoy! — A short list of worthy podcast/books I either listened too or read. Would highly recommend to take a look at them all ✨
Let’s get into —
New Podcast, Who dis?
Being alive, experiencing this moment here, now, where we get to see, feel, hear, taste, and smell, is actually a pretty big deal. Yet, I don’t think many of us realize how much of a big deal it actually is.
We wake up every morning forgetting to show gratitude for the fact that we have woken up at all. We get up on our feet without thinking about how fortunate we are to have working legs. We make or buy our morning coffee, eat get to work, and sleep in a comfortable bed without appreciating all these things enough.
We take life for granted, and we forget how fortunate we truly are. We fail to see how much we currently do have or even how much opportunity is available for us at any time. We instead live our lives unsatisfied, endlessly trying to find more happiness, love, success, money elsewhere, & never really appreciating or forgetting to value what we have in our lives now.
We may benefit from taking time to literally stop and smell the flowers every once in awhile, or even remember to notice the flowers. We get so lost in our minds, that we forget what it’s like to live in the actual present moment. And the irony is, everything we ever wanted, including happiness is found right here.
To shift our lives, into a life where we feel more prezence, positivity, & peace —there are 3 powerful practices that can help if we can commit too it. Gratitude is the first practice! And I’m so excited to share what the two other practices are in this BRAND NEW EPISODE and what is now going to be apart of the Zen Talks podcast series….
To be honest, I don’t really have a plan with this podcast. I don’t have a locked-in format. I just feel called to do this and I’m trusting the process. As always, I do this for you. Reach out to me, ask me what you would like to hear more about. I’m always listening to YOU. We will create it, together.
This is a raw & unedited version. After I recorded this, and seeing the synchronicities, being it was 3:33 long (even though spotify thinks otherwise lol) I was called to share it as is. So please excuse the sounds of cars you may here in the background. All in all, I think you may find it worthy of a listen.
Hope you enjoy! Let me know what you think ✨🙏🏽
