The holidays can create a lot of stress & self defeat for many of us. We want to do the most for our families or loved ones, to get them everything we think they want for Christmas, even when it means going broke to try and make others happy. We end up putting a lot of pressure on ourselves.
So this meditation can support you by helping to find some stillness, calm, & raise your self esteem, self trust, self respect, self confidence, & self love.
