Iโve only been doing this weekly newsletter for 17 months and to know 100 of you are here because youโre interested in mindfulness & in letting this quality or sense of healing into your life, brings such joy to my heart. So I would like to honor you for being here. Thank you so much for showing up for yourself & for healing yourself in this way. You are appreciated.
For those of you who are new here (& even for those of you who have been here for some time but maybe forgot)โ hereโs a little snippet about me to help you get to know me a little bit more & what I do:
So firstโฆ. Hi ๐๐ฝ my name is Victor Padilla & I am a spiritual meditation coach & soon to be Registered Nurse.
My mission & passion in life is truly to help raise the frequency of the collective consciousness through sharing specific tools/techniques and natural healing medicine that has helped me get to where I am todayโ a place of higher vibration & living a life felt with joy, inner peace, & true success.
Meditation & mindfulness are two powerful practices/tools I use for myself in my personal healing life journey & is also the core practices/tools I offer through my services/coaching.
These are the fundamental tools that have helped to radically shift & change my entire life. These are the practices that have truly saved me from unnecessary suffering, by helping me to reconnect back to myself.
This new found sense of connection is what has been allowing me to transform my life into one that now feels much more meaningful, driven with purpose, filled with love & a deep sense of inner peace, trust, & freedom.
And because mindfulness & meditation has served me so greatly in my lifeโespecially coming from someone who had no prior meditation/mindfulness experience, used to live in my head, lived my life as the victim, had no tools to help regulate my emotions/thoughtsโ I strongly believe that if you allow these practices into your heart, they can serve you too!

Collective Healingโ Tarot Reading*
Every week, I pull a card for all of us from my Radiant Rider-Waite tarot deck with theย intention of love & healing energy.ย
I shuffle the deck, close my eyes, and I ask the question to the universeโ What message do we need to hear this week? What insightful message can we receive that can be used as a guide or support for us while on our paths of healing and living lifeย ๐๐ฝ
& then when I can feel the message come through, I pull the cardโฆ

The Chariot
The Chariot saysโฆ
โSet your mind, clear your path. You have loads of support to get you where you need to go. Nothing can deter you from your goal. You have a lot riding on your success, but you must not let this intimidate you. Do not let your attention be divided.โ
When contemplating the meaning of The Chariot, ask yourself:
-What drives me? Why?
-What kind of distractions keep me from my goals?
-What am I trying to control, and why?
-Can I take a different approach to reaching my goals?
