Meditation Circle (4/27/21) If you’ve been wanting to meditate more but feel like you’re either doing it wrong or get frustrated because you feel like you could never quiet your mind, or maybe you’re just interested in meditating with a group, or would like to deepen your practice or even create a practice for yourself, then join me (Tuesday April 27th, 2021 @ 7PM EST via ZOOM) as I lead my very first meditation circle. Its FREE & it’s perfect for beginners who are looking to create their own practice, or who are looking to deepen their practice. It’s a 6 week meditation experience that will offer collective healing through group meditation, insights into what meditation is, provide the framework on how to skillfully meditate, and I will be sharing a number of healing tools you can use for your own personalized practice.
